New Laptop

    The new laptop i got

    EVEREX XT5300T NoteBook AMD Mobile Athlon 64 X2 TK-53(1.70GHz) 17.0" Wide XGA+ 1GB Memory DDR2 667 120GB HDD 5400rpm Dual layer DVD Burner NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS

    I got another gig of ram to put in it so i have 2gb of ram. I love it and for now i am keeping vista on it. I also got a laptop cooler.

    How would you rate the laptop for performance wise? I think its good.

    Looks nice. It's big. Is it heavy?

    Mine's 17" and weighs a ton.

    No its pertly light. When i bought it i thought it was going to be heavy but its not.

    For the price i paid i am really happy with it. It gets about 3300 in 3D Mark 06 which is really good for a laptop.
