    Greetings all!

Please, I could use advice on BSOD. I have a Dell Latitude C400, 80 gig laptop and of late it has been crashing (I've had two less than 45 minutes apart today).

A little more information, I have treated similar issues successfully in the past (uninstalled recently installed software, used system restore, tried Driver Genuis to search for updated drivers, etc.) But I can't figure this out
    myself.

    Here is the message:

    Error Signature

    BCP4 : 805494EC OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

Please, if you need any more information regarding this issue, let me know.

    Thanks, guys!!

    Hi

What is the exact BSOD error message, include all the numbers and letters of this?

Also look in Event Viewer for error codes around the time of this BSOD and post those error codes too.
