New Odd Noise On Startup

Hi!

My computer just started making an odd noise while browsing internet. I restarted the computer and the noise continues

MOBO : MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
RAM : G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600
GPU : Gigabyte 5700XT
SSD : Blue M.2 Solid State Drive, SATAIII, 500GB
HDD (empty) : Western Digital 1TB 3.5" 7200 RPM SATA III
PSU : CXSeries CX650MSemi-Modular Power Supply, 650W
Case fans : Arctic ACFAN00124A P14 PWM
OS : Windows 10

Does this only happen while browsing the internet?

 

It happens at all time (and startup)

 

That noise comes from a cooling fan.

 

That is the sound of a cooling fan going bad or needs cleaned.I would take the system apart and clean it.Probably a good amount of dust on the blades.Take rubbing alcohol and dip a Q tip in it and gently wipe off the blades.

FYI if it Continues to make the sound after cleaning.I would test each fan to see which is causing the sound and replace it.
