I don't know if that PSU is good.. you could look at this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103932

Also, I've heard that Lite-On sucks. Other people say it's fine. If you had doubts you could try NEC.

I've heard very good things about it. What don't you like about the processor?
What's your final cost? (I am also in the process of a final build :))

gonna be a nice machine. I would only change the memory and get duel channel. Might as well take advantage of it. The os are oem, no support from microsoft. Like ya need it. LOL. It does not say upgrade version.

The main difference is that they can have different amounts of L2 cache and FSB speeds. And I agree with Omegamerc on the Windows x64. It is not all that stable and driver support isn't the best... Stick with regular Windows XP, or maybe Windows XP Media Center Edition.

venice and sandiego cores are the newest single processor cores the venice having 512k cache and the sandiego cores having 1m cache. both are good cores just the 3700 , 4000 , and fx chips are sandiego core in my OPINION sandiego cores perform better :)

never considered paying retail. all 4 copies i got running are oem. besides i come here if i have a problem :) and let all the nice folks here help if neccessary. works great on a clean install since you dont need another copy of an earlier windows to install xp :)

hey the hard drive looks good maxtor makes a decent drive as far as power supplies go my personal opinion is that ultras arent to bad especially with a new lifetime warranty. you'll hear mixed reviews but ultra has gotten a lot better hope that helps :)
as far as the processor goes the 3700 with the extra cache feels more responsive than the 3200 but as always its my opinion but you wont be dissapointed with either chip (my amd outperforms my socket 775 3.4 gig prescot chip :) )
