New Pc Build Not Signal To Monitor

Just built a New PC and I have not signal to monitor. MOBO lights up all fans work including graphics
card. Tried different monitor and different cables DVI, HDMI, still no signal. All brand new equipment from Micro center. Ram is in correct
slots. Tried jumping the Bios by removing battery. Tried changing around where the cables are plugged into the power supply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Have you tried connecting to the onboard graphics?

 

Tried plugging in to motherboard vga port. Did not remove video card when I did this. Does it matter?

 

It shouldn't.

Turn off the PC, unplug it, and remove the graphics card and CMOS battery. I know you've tried the latter. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds. Do this 3 times. Check the battery's voltage - it must be 3 volts. After about 5 minutes, put the battery back. Don't put the graphics card back. Plug the monitor into the onboard VGA. Turn on the PC.

 

No signal with the VGA plugged into motherboard.

 

If you're getting no signal from the onboard VGA or graphics card, I suspect the motherboard is a dud.

 

Anyway to confirm that? It lights up, supplies power to fans, and its brand new from a reputable store.

 

The only way to check a motherboard is to connect all the hardware to a motherboard that you know works.
