New PC, but suspiscious of some things ..

I would love for you genius people to help me through this to help me confirm whether or not my PC has a RAT on it.

My dad took my PC because he wanted a new mobo for me, it had an OEM version of windows so they loaded their own copy of windows and extracted the key from the old mobo, but I've noticed that all these processes are running and there appears to be a remote user as screenies will show below.

I am willing to go through all necessary ropes in order to make sure that my PC is secure, thanks.

 

Not sure what you mean by this; you are showing a list of services.

 

I've no idea from what you posted as to whether you have a RAT running.
To check whether Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop are disabled:

• Click on the start button, right click on 'Computer' and select Properties.
• On the left hand side of the opened window, click on 'Advanced system settings', then select the 'Remote' tab.
• Ensure that your settings are as shown in the attached pic.

I found this, it says it's an unknown MBR code.

 

MBR with SHA1: 639AC5CDF8A5CF3245975932C6A4215450A7B98F is a known good MBR, meaning that it's just not listed in MBRCheck's internal database so therefore reported as Unknown.
