New PC

Hello tere all, I just built an NEW pc, and I have a problem. I can be useing it for about 10-15 mins, and it will lock up, causeing me to do a MAJOR hard boot. Here is my new configs.

MB - MSI 865PE-Neo-V
Mem - Kensington 512K
Int - HDD WD 80 Gig
Ext - HDD WD 40 gig
ASUS Radeon 700 Video Card 64 megs ram - AGP 4
CPU - Intel 3.2 with H/T
Wireless Keyboard / Mouse
OS Windows XP Home SP2

Every thing else is onboard of the MB
Lan/Sound/USB

Any help would be great.

BTW it does not happen all the time, and yes I have reinstalled the software, and updates from MSI and so forth.

It may not be the the prob with your mobo being an intel but check this thread out,a guy called Rikky had a similar prob with a 939 AMD board.

Figured it out, it was the memory, Kingston Memory is not compatable with this board, had to put Mushkin in there, better memory, but a bit more expensive. I am happy now.
