New Problem after Windows update...Help!

Hey Guys, I need help i've got the error mesaage that pops up right after start up now which says. "Your System Has No Paging File, or the Paging File Is Too Small" I can click ok an bypass it and windows will boot up fine, but...When I'm on the internet now it's slower and I get another message about my virtual memeory being low. Please help!!

What operating system is it? (XP,Vista,Win7)

Cool, try this;

1. Start the System Control panel applet (start - settings - control panel - system)
2. Click the Performance tab
3. Under the Virtual Memory section it will tell the currently configured amount. Click Change.
4. A list of all partitions and the size of any pagefiles that exist will be listed next to them. To modify the size of an existing pagefile select the drive, (Normally C: ) and in the "Paging File Size for Selected Drive" enter a new Initial and Maximum size. I like to keep the initial and maximum size the same. this stops the computer switching between the two page file sizes and can improve performance. If you have 1GB RAM, try setting the page file as 1500MB. 2GB RAM as 2500MB and so on.
5. Once you have completed all changes click OK.
6. Click OK to the System control panel applet
7. You will have to reboot the machine for the change to take effect.
