Those voltage fluctuations are within the acceptable 5%. The psu is ok.

Rocketfish is owned by BestBuy (just like Dynex) and from what I've heard, the Rocketfish products aren't that great. I read a review on different Rocketfish PSU and it got fairly poor scores in the assorted tests they threw at it. For the price, I guess they're OK, but considering how important the PSU is to a system, I'd look elsewhere. The PSU (IMHO) is perhaps the most important component in your PC as it supplies power to EVERYTHING in the computer. It can be the deciding factor in system stability, smooth gaming, or damaged components and a frustrating computing experience. Besides, the BFG has a lifetime warranty so you can get a free replacement, and it's a better unit anyway; strange that two have failed :confused Since you have already purchased the Rocketfish, you might want to consider buying a higher quality PSU and keeping the R-Fish as a backup or something....

    Good luck!

Yeah I did not know this when I bought is what I meant .
Now that I do well I think I am going to have to look at some options .
but for now things are fine with it and well I can not just pull this one out it cost 180 bucks .

No worries... I was just having a bit of fun. If it's working good now, that's great. If I remember correctly, at the end of the review you linked to up top, they concluded that this particular PSU is actually fairly decent and it withstood the battery of tests they threw at it. Just be sure to save your receipt in case the unthinkable happens...
