New Ransomware File. Be Aware!

I came home from work and noticed that I wasn't allowed to open any of my files. The file type that was attracted to my files is".rrpaprsgku." I'm not sure if anyone has any experience with getting rid of this ransomware, but I'm struggling to do it. I believe I've stopped the virus by removing the files from my User/Appdata folder, and removing the strings though regedit and task scheduler. I'm seeking some help!
