New Rig components

Any suggestions or recommendations for the new computer I'm putting together on the cheap? Items 1-3 I already have from my current PC. Do you think these items will be compatible? Think this is a good enough graphics card for occassional DVD and regular student/office use? I do not do any gaming. Do you think this motherboard will fit into my case (which is from a computer I bought in June of 2000).
