New To Overclocking Please Help

Mother Board D850 MV, Processor Intel 2 Gig, RD Ram 1 Gig (4x512)
Video Card Nvidia TI 4600, Sound Card Audighy 2ZS, Power Supply PC Power and Cooling 450 Watts, Promise Tech Controller Card 4 60 Gig Hard Drives DVD, CDRW, CD Rom.
Kingwin Case.

The CPU is showing 1.8 Gig Bytes, shouldnt it show 2 gigs?
How much can I over Clock the Video Card and the CPU and what would the settings be?

What is the best software to use for overclocking the video Card and the CPU?

There is a lot to learn, so take it slow.
OC is all about cooling - so read up on how to install bigger fans, get good case air flow, and lastly about really good heatsinks. Also be sure you do not keep critical data on your computer.
Only then attempt to OC.

There are many sites dedicated to OC, so you can start at one of those. There are no "magic numbers" on what your system will do. All you can do is build, test, fix, and test some more.

I Don't Know Of Any Pc Overclocking Software,but As For The Gfx Card.you Can Get Nvmax Or Powerstrip From Majorgeek.com.i Would Use Powerstrip,i Use It On My Fx5200.
