Is there a way to force Windows IE to "always" open a second window in full screen?

Umm, you could try opening windows with a link and then Ctrl clicking close after fullscreening it repeatedly till its "learnt" that you like fullscreen open. I expect there is a utility (actually, i think there is, IE Maximise) to do this for you, but its more resources than its worth IMO

I was hoping there might be some kind of Reg edit that would do this.

Just one of those little annoyances like the "Caps Lock" key. I found an edit that disables the cap key but couldn't find any thing for the new window thing.
