Newbie adware/ spyware problems

Hi this is my first post, would be great if somone could help me. Basically, I keep getting lots of pop ups and my machine runs REALLY slowly when this happens. Yesterday I ran spybot, adware, a pandascan and a windows cleanup tool. I thought the problem was fixed but I turned it on today and same problem. I ran Adware again today and it got rid of some stuff. I asume the problems will return though when I start the machine up again. Pleae help! Here is the pandscan and hijackthis results.

Please do the following instructions. You do not have to run Panda again. It has fixed what it can fix. After you've run Combofix and continued on with the instructions in the READ & RUN ME, you'll find a link to remove programs via add/remove programs. Please take the time to check our list against your add/remove programs list. If you line the two lists up side by side on your computer, you can compare one letter of the alphabet at a time and it goes quite quickly. It's an easy way to get rid of a few things at the very start. When you finish, please attach the requested logs.

Hi, thanks for replying! I couldnt get Combo fix to work, I let it scan twice for well over an hour each time and nothing happpened. However, I did notice on my spybot results there was something called Smitfraud so I found a removal tool and my machine seems to be working alot better! What shoul I do next?

That was good! If you by any chance kept the two logs, they would be useful. SmitFraud rarely comes alone. Please continue by working through the READ & RUN ME FIRST and post the requested logs to us so we can make sure your computer is clean!
