newbie w/ question (yikes!)

Hello everybody!

I use Spybot & recently it started asking me if I want to allow a 'registry change' (I believe). Since the change refers to Sbybot, I'm confused as to whether I should accept the change or not.

Here is some related info I pulled from the Spybot log:
