   Greetings - I am new here and not a seasoned computer person. I recently struggled through a antimalware doctor infection, and ended up running combofix after struggling with several other approaches...
   
   I now have the results of the combofix action and am wondering if anyone here could direct me on what, if anything, I need to do now?
