NewDotNet

I have just found your forum and I really hope you can help me. Spybot Search and Destroy shows that I have two entries of NewDotNet, I have tried over and over to remove them. I have uninstalled it. Phoned New.Net over and over and still they show up.
When I click to 'fix problem' it keeps telling me that it can't be fixed but will I give permission to have it scan mid loading on startup. I have done this over and over with no solution.
I have done it in safe mode and ordinarily with no 'start up' progs loaded ...still they come back. Here is the results that are showing up...

All I can get now from New.net is the following...

" Our software does not install any registry keys in those locations. I do not deny that the keys are there, but we did not put them there."

I really would appreciate any of your expertise on this as my forehead must be black and blue from banging it on the keyboard I have been trying to clean it for days now and have made many Transatlantic calls to New.net HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE PLEASE ?
By the way can anyone tell me what these Hotkeys are doing? Is it dangerous?
