Newie Help Needed - Pinball sound occurring and Resizing of Browser and Desktop Icons

Hello, thanks in advance or any help or suggestions.

If I'm at my PC (Sony Viao all-in-one touchscreen, Windows 8.1 pro) with a browser session open, odd things happen such as browser is zoomed in (when no one or nothing is touching keyboard, screen, or mouse). If I am at my desktop then magically all of the icons may be enlarged significantly. Or when on a browser page sometimes an option may be clicked (such as when in Gmail a "compose email" is started) when no one has touched anything!

I have gone through the malware forum and received excellent assistance from chaslang and eradicated all viruses. Still this occurs. Last issue is there is a repetitive sound like a hammer or pinball noise that occurs often. It will go through times of hearing this sound 20 times in 2 minute time span. I have gone through windows sounds and listened to all those provided but cannot find the exact sound that I hear. Need suggestions, please.
