NEWInvisible IE, invisible voice ads, wave audio control automatically resets to low

hello i followed the forum and i downloaded all the things that i was suppose to
heres my logs
its just that when i downloaded the the bookit remover i opened it but when i paste "%userprofile%\Desktop\remover.exe" fix \\.\PhysicalDrive0
* Now reboot your PC and after reboot continue with the below instructions.
* Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

Then attach the below logs:

o C:\MGlogs.zip

it doesnt work it says windows cannot find the C:documents?
please help me :confused
my voice just mutes and its annoying and i here adds out of nowher when i cant even see it?
