Whenever I get online, i get an update from NEWSMAX

it appears as a square on my desktop that i can CLOSE/X out of.

how do i get rid of that? I used CCcleaner to search for it, no luck
should I upgrade CC cleaner to pro?(kinda unrelated, but I think I should, seems to a good value if MG recommends I use the free version. thoghts??)
