no audio on downloaded video in realplayer?????

hello there, i have a small glitch hope u can help...

i downloaded an episode of southpark through limewire and subsequently needed realplayer to view it so i dowloaded this also (the free version)...
annoyingly this plays without any sound-this happened with ALL the videos i have so far downloaded so i am pretty sure my comp has the problem unless its my bad luck i have downloaded a handful of soundless videos!

any ideas?

I've always found realplayer to be problematic. I would recommend that you try VLC Media Player, as it ahs almost every codec you could ever need built in, its lightweight, open source, and free. If this doesn't play your videos, I'm not sure what will!
