NO desktop

    it started like a few days after i got my new computer i went to put a picture on my desktop and all that is there is a blue screen the image pops up when i shut it down but thats it, it wont let me put a different picture up or anything can some one help....i have SP1 e-mail me at chevelle8389@yahoo.com thanks
