No DHCP with Cisco 1700 Router

I cant get this router to automatically assign ip's

The settings I used were:

Enable
Config T
Int Fast0
IP address 192.168.1.254 255.255.255.0
No Shutdown

IP DCHP Pool MIKE
Network 192.168.1.0 /28
Default-Router 192.168.1.254

If I manually assign an ip address to the pc everything works fine ie I can ping router etc it just wont assign an ip in the given range, in fact any ip!!!
