No logon.dll found?

    I tried deleting 2 programs off my system that was installed from the internet.I went to ADD\Remove to do it and the error is ''Can not find Logon.dll,initionalization not found,75-do I want to continue writing scripts-yes or no?I tried using my Norton uninstall tool but can not locate the files!
