No Outlook Express in Firefox 2.0.0.3

I have installed Firefox and i can not send and receive my Mail from Outlook Express.

Firefox does not have the option to send and receive mail.

You shouldn't need any browser to send and receive mail from OE. Have you just tried opening OE without Firefox open?

 

I have been able, in the past, to find a fix that adds Get Mail to the tools
Drop down window of 2.0.0.3 but I can not find the fix now.

 

If you just want a mail icon on the toolbar just right click in any blank area on the toolbar and then click on cutomize. You'll find the mail icon there so just add it to the toolbar.

 

The Get Mail Icon is not in the list of icons on the computer i am having trouble with.

It is on the other computer that I used the fix to add get mail to the tools drop down Menu.

If someone can help me find the fix I am looking for I will be very grateful.

 

I'm using Firefox 1.5.0.11. So, I don't know if your version works the same, but I'd bet it does. Is Outlook Express set as default email program in Internet Explorer? If so, just add an email button to your Firefox toolbar. To do that, right click on a blank spot in the toolbar area and select Customize. Then, drag the mail icon to the toolbar. Now, clicking on that icon should open an OE message panel.
