No prgrams found and all my folders are greyed out

    Help Please....My computer was in stand by mode...When I started it up again..There was no programs in the start menu..Also it seems any folders are also greyed out. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

    yes..safe mode...log in as admin.. nothing works...Help!!
