No SAFE Mode

I have tried countless malware removal techniques but each technique seems include Rebooting in Safe Mode to effectively remove the malware. However, I always end up getting a black screen with things like multi(0)disk(0)partition(0) and blah blah when I do so.

I know how to go into safe mode. Press F8 when the computer is booting and it will give you choices. I know that. But hell, after I chose Safe Mode, a long line of "uncopiable" text appears in what seem like DOS and ends at Mup.sys

After this, the computer stops and resets itself.
