No Solutions Yet To A Recurring Internet Ssl Error Code

    I am frequently getting this SSL Error Code when online with my Firefox browser:

    SSL_ERROR_DECODE_ERROR_ALERT

    It pops up often when I go to any online site--but I am able to access the site right afterwards.

    I wonder if it's a factor with my Yahoo email constantly stalling upon access too.

    I'm running under Windows 10.

    Just can't find any solutions yet!
