No Sound after format

Ok so I reformatted my computer and lost a lot of drivers, I managed to install some of them but the sound driver is killing me. I have tried so many ways to install it but can't find any way at all. Any help would be gladly appreciated, here is my everest report:

What operating system are you using, what driver versions have you tried, and what erros/problems are you getting when you try to install the drivers?

 

im sorry but I just resolved the problem, sorry for wasting your time but I searched this site and found a thread by musksnipe which gave me all the info, thanks again for the help and again sorry for wasting your time, I will recommend this site to my friend who is an I.T. Agent, im sure he will find it very informative, thanks again
