No sound, please help.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me so far. I have no maleware on my computer. I have no sound on my computer, I have a new mother board, everything works find except the sound. I don't know if its the soundcard or what, I need to enable my sound devices, but there is no way to do that for me. under properties in my device manager, the device usage window is shadowed and is apart of the background, and my mouse moves over it but I can't click on it. Please help. Thank you. please help, feeling sick with no sound for a month... :confused

 

I have an asus p4s533 socket 478 motherboard. I am assuming that I have legacy audio, bc thats what I had before, or did it change with the new mother board??
