No sound with flash player

I have a laptop with firefox 11. Even before the upgrade from 10, i get no sound from any flash videos including youtube. I have jacked with this for weeks and cant find the answer. I wound up having to add on flash video replacer which will run flash videos in a local media player like VLC. All other sounds work, system sounds, local media etc. I'm going to attach a screenshot of all my extensions that i have installed trying to remedy the problem many are disabled and theres alot so its in two screenshots. I have also tried countless other fixes none of which have worked.. HELP!!!!
I dont know if there are conflicts with so many extensions I added in an attempt to fix this or what the problem is.

 

I have now finished all the steps on http://www.codecguide.com/fix_for_fl...d_problems.htm and still no luck. I guess a reinstall of audio drivers?
I cant even remember all the fixes ive tried but i havent reinstalled audio driver yet.

 

Sorry guys the driver reinstall did the trick. You might know I'd fix it an hour after I asked for help here, but maybe this could help someone else with the same problem.
