no sound

hello. recently my computer alerted me that my copy of windows did not pass validation and the sound stopped working.any advice would be appreciated.

 

did windows come on the computer or did you purchase it separatly. If you have a legal copy of windows which you purchased from a store or came with your computer you purchased you will have to contact the manufacturer of the computer or Microsoft to get assistance.

 

i actually got this tower from someone after my tower went up. i dont talk to them anymore so i would have no clue if they had real software from the beginning. is there a way to get real software without paying because i am a student and money is tight right now. :cry
