No wifi driver

    I have a Presario CQ56 product # XG636UA#ABA... I have reinstalled Windows 7, but for some reason it will not install the wifi driver. ive gone to the compaq site and still cant install the driver.

    Any suggestions???

    Compaq lists all kinds of different drivers for the CQ56. In Device Manager, is there a yellow exclamation mark next to your wireless device? If there is, right click and select properties. Under the Details tab select Hardware ID's in the drop-down box. Then post the Vendor and Device ID's.
