No Windows Update,no BITS ( Windows 7 Pro x64)

Hi!

I got really serious problem with running windows update (WU) and BITS. They aren't listed in Services and when I try to turn them on using cmd (of course with Administrator privileges) the message is "access denied". I even tried using separate administrator account - " access denied". I tried everything that helped other people with the same problem.

During last week I tried a lot of various ways to deal with this problem, none of them helped.
1 month ago I got a malware attack, which I successfully(apparently not) got rid of.

I hope someone can help me!


Ps. Command I used to turn on BITS: sc create BITS binpath= "c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs" Start= delayed-auto depend= EventSystem/RpcSs
WU:sc create wuauserv binpath= "c:\windows\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs" Start= delayed-auto depend= RpcSs

also regsvr32 wuaueng.dll ( and some other commands like regscvs32 wuapi.dll, wups.dll wups2.dll wuwebv.dll wucltux.dll )

Run the fix as admin and allow to merge with the registry.
If you receive a success message, reboot.

 

This thread needs to be moved to the malware forum to cleanup infections + junk.

 

When I click it with right mouse button, there isn't option to run as an administrator. don't have a clue why ;/

 

Just double click or right click and select merge.

I'd suggest posting in the malware forum and link to this thread as your logs are showing things that need fixing.
