No Wireless Connection

Hello! Could you please help me solved my laptops problem? The laptop can't detect wireless connection and the software for Network Controller is missing. We were told that we need the proper software for the Network Controller but we don't know where to download since the manufacturer is unknown. Here are all the information you might need:

Netbook is Samsung N130.
Installled OS is Windows 7 but the laptop's package OS is Windows XP. We've updated it.
Network Controller - Manufacturer: Unknown
Network Adapters: Realtek RTL8102E/RTL8103E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20)
