NoAdware failure to install

Hi, I'm not sure im posting in the right section and im sorry if im polluting your forums with my insane lack of computer knowledge but I was following your steps to get rid of the buckets of rubbish on my computer (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407) and one of those involved running NoAdware but after i downloaded it it wont install, just after i click finish, a window appears saying "NoAdware Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." any ideas on why that might be?

 

I dont think so... its says at the start that its NoAdware v3.0, but it does say adaware in the list of programmes to download. no matter its the least of my worries, im slowly working through them though, ill follow all the instructions here till i get stuck then post for more help.
