NoAdware Need Help Please

    I'm not really very smart with computers, but I usually follow instructions well. I downloaded NoAdware from this site and it found about 20 parasites on my computer, but now I don't know how to delete them. The program says I have to register to delete them and then it asks for money. Is there a free way to delete these parasites? Sorry if I'm being dumb.
