NoAdware

    How do I fix NoAdware when I get dialog box that says "damaged or corrupted"? Thanks. OLB

    I'm not sure that this is a malware related problem. Have you uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled NoAdware? Did you purchase NoAdware? If so, why aren't you asking them for support.

    I bought NoAdware some time ago--I think when I went to register it it messed up; now when I try to run it, it says "file damaged or corrupted." I don't recall seeing a support feature; anyway, I can't get it to work to display the scan screen so that I could try to get support. OLB

    If you bought it, you should have a license (unless your subscription expired). You should be able to go to their website http://www.noadware.net/ to get support.

    Do you have a serial number?

    As I asked before, did you try uninstalling, rebooting, and then reinstalling?

    I activated the hyperlink for NoAdware that you sent me & tried the download, but it did not work; so I sent an E-mail to NoAdware Support. I'll see how that goes. Thanks. OLB
