Computer won't respond to anything.

When it first hit it installed icons on the desktop, hijacked the home page and now it's set to google, I lost control panel from the start button and when I hit control panel from my computer, I get a message that says I need to be an administrator. Trying to make changes from the msconfig I get the message again that I need to be an administrator.

Right now nothing opens and I have no internet connection. I wish i had found this site before it completely locked up. I've run PC Tool Spyware Doctor with Antivirus and McAfee but, things have still gone downhill.

There is also a message that states my system files are begin copied and asks me to hit OK to download anti spyware software.

Any help would be greatly appriciated before this thing goes flying out the window.

You can get it to boot up but nothing works after you get to your desktop?

Can you get into safe mode and do a system restore?

Can you manage to get things to run in safe mode?

Can you download this Clamwin Portable from a different conputer and save to a disc or thumb drive and run it?

Can you run ShowNew or GetRun?
