Hello, everyone I am new to the form. I need some help. When trying to boot up my computer after my log in screen it takes a considerable amount of time to get to the desktop. When if finally does appear I get 3 messgages saying that certain .dlls are missing or could not be found. The .dlls that it says are fccdagYR.dll , yfjuegre.dll , rqRJBRiF.dll. Can anyone help me solve this problem.

I am runny Windows Vista on a HP Pavillion.

    Thanks
    Scott

    Hi Scott welcome to Majorgeeks

Its very very likely as those .dlls are random in name and your PC seems slow that you have malware, so to that end I have moved your thread to malware for you to run the below, just take your time with the guide and follow all the steps.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

Had some major issues but worked my way through the Tutorial on how to get rid of malware. My computer seems to be in working order but I wanted to post my logs so that I could be sure.

    Re: Heres my MGtools Logs

Please remember to stay in one thread for your problems. I merged you back to your first thread.

You need to attach ALL of the requested logs. MGlog.zip is only 1 of 4. Please attach the below logs that were also requested

    • SUPERAntispyware <--- based on your MGlogs.zip file it appears that you skipped this
    • Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
    • ComboFix
It also appears that you skipped much of what is in step 1 of the READ ME. Like uninstalling the programs in the uninstall link (like Viewpoint software), you also did not uninstall old Sun Java versions and update, also you are using MSconfig to control startups and did not put your PC into Normal Startup mode. You need to do all of this and then attach a new MGlogs.zip file after running MGtools again.
