    Hey i have an exam tomorro and one of the questions that might come up is:

    Use a practical example to elucidate normans model of interaction?

    If you have any idea of a practical example reply.

    Errr...the list is endless, but you need to fill in the process that a person goes through at each stage...after all....haven't you studied this if you are taking the exam tomorrow??? *grins*

    studied this, eh no hence the problem but i just had the exam there and it went ok.That question did not come up anyway.
