Nortel Baystack 450-24T-PWR Password Troubles

I know this Switch is not being manufactured anymore and I had to order it from an overstock type website. I finally got HyperTerm to communicate with the Console port on the switch. It accepts my Ctrl-Y command, but instead of going to initial setup for the switch, it prompts me for a password. I need to know if there is a way to bypass this password so i can make the switch operational reset the switch to factory defaults manually so that I can go back through initial setup. I'm stuck here and need to get this switch online as fast as humanly possible.
