Norton 360 v3 cannot run

    Guys,

    Sorry to troouble you again. I have Norton 360 version 3 installed but it cannot run when I double clicked the shortcut. I've tried to un-install and re-install again but encounter the same problem. Operating system is Windows XP with SP3.

    I would appreciate some advice on this issue. I have already scanned the computer with Malwarebytes and Super antispyware and found that the computer is clean.

    Dear TimW,

    I have managed to find out what prevents Norton to run. It's the InfoStealer virus. I updated the Malwarebyte Anti-Malware and found it.
