Norton Antivirus and NTFS

    I am running Windows XP Home and Norton SystemWorks 2005. I cannot scan my two hard drives from the booted CD since both drives are NTFS format. Norton CD does not seem to support NTFS so both hard drives cannot be accessed. Does any newer version or other antivirus product support NTFS from the booted software CD?
