Norton blocks turns system off and on

    Please advise I cannot do any scan Norton says C:\windows\sys 32\lsass.exe(PID=528). I cannot do scans because I have to turn Norton off to do them.Norton says it has blocked unauthorized access. What do I need to do?
    The system when scanned turned off and on.I looked in the log and under
    alert said the above . Thanks

    If you are trying to run the scans in our tutorial; you are going to have to turn Norton off. Otherwise it will complain and block the online scanners.
