norton cant scan

when i was doing the read me and was in safe mode i couldn't scan with norton becuas it kept crashing. so i after i finshed the other scans i went out of safe mode and i still couldn't get norton to do any scan without it crashing.

i really need some help here plz.

 

Contrary to Symantec's claims; Norton does not work in Safe Mode. If you are experiencing Malware problems, that could very well be what is interfering with Norton.

Complete the steps in the Read Me First and then post in the Malware Removal Forum.
