Norton Ghost

    Hi all,
    had norton ghost previously on computer but uninstalled it as it was taking up to much space. I still have the product key for it norton ghost 10. Then after purchasing a laptop it too had norton ghost preinstalled as a trial. i tried entering the product key and it was one character short for some reason so it wouldn't activate it.
    Does anyone no why?

    You need to have your CD with your key so un-install the trial version and install your it should work...
