norton internet problem

i use ie and aol sometimes, ie works fine but when i try to connect using aol now norton disconnects saying its blocking a worm. it says intrusion: veritas netbackup shared library bo. it also lists the intruder as a bunch of diffrent numbers. i googled it at came up with a bunch of things i dont understand ending in some 42mb patch released in 2005. aol is on my exemtions list in norton. i havent done anything to resolve it yet as i am not familiar with internet worms and whatever the veritas netbackup thing is. any ideas?
