Norton Internet Security - cant run live update

not sure if its a malware

i cant update my NIS.. i jsut recently bought it and whenever i run the update, it says "update installation page"

It says error "LU1825" and when i check it on symantecs site, it only shows me to download manually.

and i get this error when i check my logs :
"Error: "Norton AntiVirus has encountered an internal program error.." (3010,1)"

but when checked, its about subscription error.. i have bought mine like 10 days ago and says Subscription:356 days remaning.

Pls help!

btw its Norton Internet Security versiono 10.2.0.30
and using windox xp
