Norton IS 2007 activation problem!

Hello,

I have bought my copy of Norton IS 2007 about one month ago from PC World. I have activated it (entered the product key on the back of the cd case) and it worked fine, until today. When I booted up my computer, it said that it requires activation and took me to the activation screen saying that my subscription has 0 days remaining.
When I installed it, I checked and it sais subscription remaining: 365 days.

Any ideas why it went from 365 to 0? I find this really confusing and fustrating. I sent an e-mail to Symantec but they will reply within 48 hours, during which I'm at risk when going on the internet. What's causing this?
